We believe that accurate accessibility information is not a niche service. It is a basic requirement for independent travel. XplorAble exists to fill the gap between what is claimed and what is actually there.
Every place, hotel, and city we document is evaluated through structured field visits, real photographs, and community input from people who rely on accessibility to travel independently.
XplorAble was initiated by people who understand accessibility from the inside — as wheelchair users, engineers, and advocates who have experienced both the barriers and the possibilities of accessible travel firsthand.
Architect and wheelchair user. Mohammed initiated XplorAble from a deeply personal place — the frustration of arriving at a destination to find it inaccessible. He leads the platform's vision, design philosophy, and accessibility evaluation framework.
Engineer and entrepreneur. Zubair was among the first to recognise the potential of XplorAble, becoming an early supporter and initial investor. He has played a close collaborative role in shaping the platform's direction and strategy.
Responsible for building and developing the XplorAble platform and its underlying technology systems. Areeb translates the platform's vision into working, scalable, and accessible digital infrastructure.
